  Went to Verizon stores for help,and was highly satisfied with the help I received. The man was very patient with us. He took extra time and showed us things we never knew how to do on our phone. Will definitely come back when we need help.

  Went in today with a broken phone to replace. The sales associates were extremely knowledgeable of new products and very pleasant to work with. My rep went above and beyond to ensure I not only had the best fit for my needs but also that I was 100% set up and ready to go before I left the store. 5 star experience, 5 star employee's.
