    I came here because my phone stopped charging out of nowhere and eventually went dead and would not turn back on. After one of the employees many attempts to fix the problem she finally offered to put in for a warranty exchange then shortly realized the phone was on back order and she didn't know how long it would take before it came in. I asked her if there was anyway of her finding out and she told me no(which was a lie) and told me I had no other options. I left the store feeling that she did not do everything she could so I decided to call customer service. CS immediately informed me that the phone was on back order for 38 days. After I expressed that I could not go that long without a phone I was OFFERED a basic smart phone that would be shipped to me over night so I would be recieve it by Tuesday (it was Saturday at the time).and I was also told that it would be free of charge and I could keep it. Well Friday came around and I never received the phone so I called CS again and i was told the phone would arrive that Tuesday coming up and I was misinformed. Well I waited 8days after the Tuesday it was suppose to come and called again and was told that I will not be recieving a basic phone in the mail bc they where out of phones but I could buy one For $30-$50 and my phone my warranty exchange was still on back order. I told the rep I had no money to by a basic phone and he once again told me my only option was to wait on the warranty exchange.. So asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me his Sup was on another call and he would call me back. I never received a call back and that was 2 days ago. Smh. I've been with Tmobile since 2006 and I will be switching receiving. ASAP!!!
