  They are highly unprofessional and liars. They told us our new total would be 50 dollars higher than originally. The rep on the phone told us to go in and pay the taxes on a tablet and that would be it. They tried to get us to pay an additional 100 for it. Then they told us that we owed them 160. We were supposed to pay 120 in a few days. They basically treated us like we were supposed to just hand over money and we walked out cheated 50 bucks. We could have waited til the original day to pay the 120. We pretty much walked in to be robbed in broad daylight. They are so rude and expect everyone to do this. We can't just hand over whatever. We have bills to pay. They wanted us to end up paying almost 300 upfront to even get what we were told would be 10. How is there such a big difference? Total thieves and I would highly suggest another phone place. I plan on buying out of our contracts and switching. I am really disgusted.
