Employees are not knowledgeable of products, customer service reps are terribly rude, never raised my voice and the rep hung up. Thankfully I was able to resolve my issue with one of the corporate reps. I will never go to this store again. I suggest the outerloop/preston location. Total opposite service. You would think it was a different company.
