  AWFUL CUSTOMOR SERVICE. I went to upgrade my phone and my LG G5 is nothing like I Was told. The picture quality is awful, the battery falls out, and the phone freezes whenever a picture is sent/received. I tried to trade the phone in another state within 14 days, and they told me I could not because of the type of store. I then came back to Louisville to trade in my phone and they said I couldn't because it had been over 14 days. The first associate I worked with was nice and helpful and listened to what I had to say. The manager (male, short with black hair) however asked me to leave within a minute of working with him and treated me like a child. He did not care to listen to my problems or list me any options I had to replace my phone. This was the worst customer service I have ever received.

  The guys at this store are incredible! Fixed a phone for my wife that two other stores said was dead. Took back new phone and fixed hers Saved us $800.00. Also replaced a case for me that had a broken kick stand. Awesome customer service! Thanks Scott!
