  Don't get their Premier PC Setup service. My wife and I bought a new HP Pavilion 21 All in One PC on January 2nd . They told us that they could transfer all the documents from my wife's old laptop to this new PC. I asked them specifically if they could install outlook and copy all of the emails & contacts and install Outlook on her new PC and to export her Internet Explorer favorites, bookmarks, cookies & they said no problem. They had my wife's laptop and new PC for 3 days. I had talk to 3 different techs inquiring the progress. When I got her new PC home they only updated it to Windows 10 and they did install Outlook but it only had emails to one account. NO Documents files or anything else mention above was done. I called them and asked them why this wasn't done, they replied they couldn't do it because of security reasons. BS!!!!! these were simple file transfers and export to the appropriate file folders. It took me an hour to do it myself not 3 days. These guys are not qualified geeks they are con artist
