  DESPICABLE!!! I purchased a 5 drawer Craftsman tool box last week as an early Christmas present for my husband. However it would not fit in my car still in the box so the clerk had to take it out of its box to get it in my car. And it's a very good thing that he did. Once he got it out of the box I noticed the toolbox was severely damaged and dented to the point that the bottom door would not even open. Unfortunately that was the only one they had in stock so I couldn't exchange it for the same value. I had to exchange it for the next one up which was $20 more. I still had to pay the difference and wait almost 45 minutes for them to bring it out I was at the store a total of an hour and a half. I don't think it was fair for me to have to pay the extra money to exchange a damaged product that they sold me in the first place. I can only assume that items are not being inspected before they are put out on the floor for display or sale. But this experience for me was just extremely poor customer service
