  Tammy in flooring is the best! She takes a great deal of time to help you and explain everything in detail and truly cares about customers wants and needs and takes time to get to know her customers. If all associates followed Tammy’s lead then Lowe’s would have no competition when it comes to home improvement stores.

  During my most recent visit I passed several employees that just looked at me versus asking me if I needed any assistance. Yet they were quick to ask other people near me. Then I get to the self check out and the cashier insisted on helping me ring every one of my items up. I wouldn't have minded that so much if I went through the normal register, but I didn't. I went through the SELF checkout. I was going to split my purchase up, so after I rang up everything I planned on putting on that order, she asked "did you already ring that up?" I said "no." She said "oh, you're going to pay for that separately?" Nah, I'm going to steal it. Wth you think?? But I just said "yeah." Then I see a neighbor of mine and we start talking. Well she continues to stand there. While plenty of other customers come up. For the whole 5-7 minutes that we're talking. Why not go "help" them like you are "helping" me? Then after we finish she asks again "are you going to pay for that separately?" Are you freaking kidding me??? If there was another option close by, trust me I'd go. But this is the must convenient. So I guess I'll have to continue dealing with the foolishness. #TreatEVERYONEequally
