  Don’t recommend for fencing. Looks good but hinge is coming off gate after a few years. Had tall wood fence installed in back and wrought iron in front. Came out and estimated. Called back and said miscalculated and needed one more panel. Installed fence and ended up having one panel extra. Wouldn’t leave it or refund us. Called and complained to district manager that didn’t care. Lost us as a customer. Not sure I have bought anything from Lowe’s since. Completely renovated a house since then and have 4 rental homes. In addition to our house.

  Much better than home depot in my opinion. It's a decent store that has almost everything you need prices are fair and the people there are very helpful it's well laid out so everything is easy to find and the the app is extremely helpful if you use it too.

  Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order online and expect to be able to go pick up your items with any convenience. I don't know why but none of the Lowe's stores in Louisville and especially not this one seems to have figure it out how to use that system. Just go in find the item yourself and pay at the register if you have to go to Lowes.

  Went to look at a dishwasher, the website said they had 3 in stock. The lowes employee went to the back to get me one and they didn't have any in stock, so the appliance guy checked inventory of other local stores. The computer showed the Dixie highway location had 2. I asked him to call and verify they were there before I drove all the way out there and encountered this problem again, he rolled his eyes and handed me the phone. I sat on hold, in the store on the Lowes' phone for 20 minutes while the employee sat there looking at his cell phone and talking amongst other co-workers. Absolutely zero customer service. Will not return, I've spent thousands of dollars here throughout the years and this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Pathetic.
