  Craig Sacra and Brian Bloom at La-Z-Boy were friendly, laid-back, , and I never felt any pressure to make a decision or even buy. We told them we were going to look at other places. Others were less expensive, but none offered a lifetime warranty, and I wanted a chair that would last. I am glad I got my La-Z-Boy!

  Most recent visit to La-Z-Boy was during big Labor Day sale. Recieved excellent service from sales staff, even with the large crowd of customers. I was greeted promptly and given plenty of time to browse around to look at their selection. When next approached to provide assistance, I did not feel rushed make a sale, while also making sure all my questions were answered. Although, probably not for budget furniture shoppers, this place is great if looking for quality, comfortable seating arrangement furniture along with good customer service.
