  Looking for a durable true hardwood floor but the Armstrong product we bought seems to be very delicate. Spent close to 20 grand and the installation has large gaps down to the underlayed material. Their are plenty of nail holes that weren’t filled including our entire staircase and quarter round molding. We also had carpet installed in two bedrooms resulting in numerous scrapes and nicks on freshly painted walls. Biggest gripe is the mess left outside from all the sawdust generated. We have an outdoor kitchen/covered patio area that was left in terrible condition. Clumps of sawdust on a brick column, refrigerators, grill, cooktop, tables, etc... Contractor asked for payment before I received a final invoice and twice after the check was mailed. Yes they were paid in full.
