I got a small rip in my fox coat and they took my coat and fixed it in a timely fashion! This was in line with all of their new business, even though they were so busy!! I love all of the items I have received as gifts or purchased from them in the past. As the only true local furrier in the Louisville, KY area, they are wonderful!
