  I am utterly exhausted. Brooks Brothers held me hostage with their gift card only, 'no return' policy. None of the sizes in store fit, unfortunate because the only thing this company has going for it are the retail representatives. So, I ordered a jacket online--January 28. The $400 jacket never got shipped, just the occasional email was sent to push the date back still further into summer. Called to get the order canceled (hassle, hassle, hassle), they seemed surprised that I expected my clothes to actually be shipped and didn't omnipitently keep my 'used' gift cards. Not only have they repeatedly shipped expensive clothing to a residence I no longer live in even as I plead otherwise before every order. This time they did it with the gift cards and after returning them promptly shipped me only $25 instead of $225. Went into the store, the rep is a good guy, tries to figure out the twisted web of ineptitude that his company has shat all over me. Needless to say, they called this morning at 7:55 am and didn't leave a message. I called back and they weren't open yet, called again at lunch and the representative said she couldn't help me because my problem had been transferred to freaking Oz or something. I have treated everyone with respect because it is none of their faults, never wrote a negative review online before this because honestly, usually I just don't care enough. But a company that charges $65 for a braided wrist band has essentially stolen hours from my life, $200 dollars from my pocket, ran into my car without leaving a note, incidiously spayed my imaginary dog, and made my Christmas gift a living, breathing hell. Congratulations on your ability to cause a customer to vent in such a way that they neither have the time nor energy to proofread this rant. It may look bad on me, but this why you brand is struggling because your prices are high end but your operations are just pathetic.
