  They never mentioned not bringing the bouncers if it rained and here it is, the day of our HUGE event and they let us know that they aren't coming. Thanks for the notice, y'all were a huge let down. We will never use you all again. You could at least warned us instead of calling the day of to let us know this news. We were getting 3 different bouncers too and it was the only planned entertainment for the mass quantity of children. I'd give zero stars if it was possible for the huge LET DOWN!

  I have used this company for years with great experience. The only problem I have ever had is that they are very slow to return phone calls. Other than that, they have been amazing! This year when I contacted them to rent a bouncer for my son's birthday, I emailed them through the website twice and called and left 2 messages over the course of 3 weeks. I have still not received a return email or phone call. I am now going to be taking my business elsewhere.
