  Went in for a screen replacement on my iPhone 6S Plus. Before replacing the screen, the sales associate (I believe his name was Rick?) checked all the functions on my phone (both cameras, ear speaker, fingerprint scanner, volume control, etc.) and said everything was working fine. After the screen was repaired, I noticed that my front facing camera and ear speaker no longer worked, and that the top half of my phone kept overheating. I tried calling the store and explaining my problem, but they told me I was the one that damaged the phone and that I would have to pay for the repair. How could I have damaged the INTERNAL front camera cable in less than an hour of receiving the phone from the store? Not to mention, before the repair, the sales associate had already checked the cameras and ear speaker for any abnormalities, and found none. The sales associate told me to bring the phone back in and they could "see what they could do" but I was only home for the weekend and had to go back to school. The second star is only because Rick was very kind and helpful when I went in to drop off the phone. I came to this store because the reviews were great, but this trip ended up causing me more trouble than good.
