  I've never had any serious work done by them, but in my one experience, they're excellent people. I cold-called them recently and asked them if they would run a single board through the jointer for me, a college student with no real tools of my own. No questions asked and they immediately said yes. I brought the piece down and they ran it through without charging me a dime. They said it was a Christmas gift. If their work is even half as excellent as their "customer" service, you'd be getting some fantastic quality. I can't speak highly enough of the character of the two men who were there when I went.
