  Charlie has gone above and beyond to make sure we receive our order. Transferred my order to his store and picked it up after it had already been delivered to the other store. Answered every question I had and called me to update me through the whole process. Even said he would stay as late as he had to that night to make sure he had everything he needed for my delivery the next day.Thank you so much for making something that could have become very difficult such an easy process!
